If you are from the middle- class family then what it takes to start an export-import business and what things you should take care of?

If you wish to do business or import-export, you do not need to have money. You can ask for money from your known- people. Out of 10, 9 people would say, I would invest on your behalf and you give me the returns.

In the case you wish to invest, you can invest between 1.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs. It is the biggest myth that if you do not have money, you cannot do business, all you need is a thought, strong determination to import or export.

Where can I get, fraud Sri Lankan importer’s list? How can I beware of fraud sellers and buyers?

Go to Sri Lanka’s Indian Embassy website. The website itself has a detailed list of fraudulent people on it. The website had various DO’s & DONT’s in it for exporting in that country. Refer the same before dealing with any person. There is also a counselor who would help you out in case you need more help. You can also consult our office for the same.
